CIC Health, a health technology start-up built in response to the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States. While the nation was grappling with the crisis, CIC Health facilitated COVID-19 tests and vaccinations and enabled American children and adults to return safely to school, work, and day-to-day life.

Challenge: In November 2020, CIC Health was growing rapidly, with several COVID-19 testing sites across the Northeast, and rumblings that a vaccine would be ready soon and would need the coordination for mass distribution. To communicate with their customer base, and spread awareness about their COVID testing vaccination sites, and eventually their pooled testing for schools and universities and mass vaccination sites, they wanted a strong social media strategy across Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Solution: Create a bold visual identity for CIC Health’s social media channels, develop a smart paid campaign strategy and targeting, and effective crisis communications to make customers trust CIC Health’s services and offering.
As social media coordinator, I was responsible for:
Community management, including crisis communications with customers needing assistance with information about mass testing or mass vaccination.
Social media content creation & producing visual assets in line with CIC Health’s brand identity.
Paid social media campaigns to drive clicks and awareness around mass testing and vaccination sites run by CIC Health with 50K+ budget.
