Challenge: Like any start-up, the Capture team had many brilliant ideas, but had to buckle down and develop a brand identity to better understand their customer base. Not to mention that it’s incredibly difficult to talk to people about environmental activism & the climate crisis without depressing them, which begs to answer the question: What is the right way to incentivize and inspire people to fight climate change?

Solution: The team & I got worked together on building a brand book that would define the values, mission, customer persona, and unique offering to our target audience. Simultaneously, we activated Capture’s social media channels across Instagram & LinkedIn, and identified other tools with which to regularly communicate with our base: Newsletters & informative blog posts. Ultimately, we reached 10K+ people with our newsletter, thousands of people on our social media channels, and hundreds of loyal readers. With that, Capture became a reality.
